ATLANTA — The Healthcare Convention and Exhibitors Association (HCEA) is pleased to announce the promotions of two HCEA staff members.

Jackie Beaulieu has been promoted to Associate Director, where she will assist in managing the day-to-day functions of the association, as well as expanding her role in recruiting new members and enhancing membership services. Ms. Beaulieu joined the HCEA staff in 1999 and has played an integral role in developing value-added services and benefits for the members of HCEA.

Jennifer Palcher has been promoted to Director of Communications, where she will expand her role in HCEA’s advocacy initiatives, research projects, international activities and communications. Ms. Palcher joined the HCEA staff in 2001 and has overseen all of the Association’s communications efforts since then, including introducing a monthly E-mail newsletter for members in 2002, and managing HCEA’s Insight Magazine, AIP Alert newsletter, and all PR activities.

“It’s a pleasure to announce these two promotions,” says HCEA Executive Vice President Eric Allen. “Both Jackie and Jennifer are outstanding professionals with a deep understanding of HCEA’s needs, vision and members. Both will be able to contribute significantly to HCEA’s continued health and success in the years ahead.”

HCEA is the only association solely dedicated to improving the effectiveness of all conventions, meetings and exhibitions for the healthcare industry. HCEA represents nearly 700 member organizations involved in healthcare exhibitions and conventions.
